Four areas that shape how treatment is planned here — function first, appearance as a result. Open any area to read how it is approached.

01Dental Wellness & Nutrition+

True dental wellness begins with seeing the smile as part of a greater whole. Nutrition, inflammation, lifestyle and stress are read together with the clinical picture — because each one changes how gums heal, how teeth wear, and whether treatment holds up over the years.

Care therefore combines modern dentistry with personalised nutrition, preventive care and holistic wellness: what you eat and when, how your body handles inflammation, how you sleep, and the habits that repeat daily — all considered alongside conventional treatment rather than after it.

02Full Mouth Rehabilitation (FMR)+

A complete plan to rebuild or restore most or all of the teeth so they look better, feel comfortable and function properly again. Full mouth reconstruction looks at the whole mouth as one system rather than treating one tooth at a time.

Treatment can combine fillings, crowns, veneers, bridges, dental implants, orthodontics, gum treatment or bite adjustment — rebuilding the mouth so the teeth, bite, jaw and smile work together again.

  • Bite & occlusal rehabilitation
  • Crowns & bridges
  • Implant-supported
  • Staged sequencing
03Aesthetic & Restorative Dentistry+

Aesthetic and restorative dentistry combines beauty, function and precision to restore the natural appearance and strength of a smile. Whether the aim is to improve shape, colour, alignment or overall harmony, each treatment is planned to complement facial features while preserving long-term oral health.

From tooth-coloured restorations, veneers, crowns and bridges to comprehensive smile rehabilitation, the focus is on results that look natural, feel comfortable and function beautifully.

04Advanced Digital Dentistry+

Greater precision, comfort and predictability through digital scanning, 3D imaging and computer-guided treatment planning. The outcome can be visualised, measured and adjusted before any tooth is prepared — so the plan is tested on screen, not discovered in the chair.

Digital workflow runs from intraoral scanning and 3D imaging through to guided planning and digital smile design, supporting everything from aesthetic transformations to complex full-mouth rehabilitation. Restorations can then be produced to the planned design, with fewer adjustments and a smoother visit.

How a plan is built

The order matters more than the technique.

01

Understand

History, habits, bite, wear patterns and what the patient actually wants changed.

02

Visualise

Scanning and digital planning to test the outcome before any tooth is prepared.

03

Sequence

Treatment staged for function first, then aesthetics — with fees agreed at each stage.
